Audience Testimonials
"Your enthusiastic approach and easy-to-remember acronyms caught everyone's attention right
from the start. Learning is always easier when the audience is having fun. In our opinion, your
most helpful takeaways included the importance of: * Getting/maintaining a positive attitude:
* Being grateful for what one has * Looking upon problems as challenges with solutions rather
than as roadblocks * Focusing on things one can control and being proactive and persistent to
improve them * Letting it go. We appreciated your willingness to meet with us in advance to
customize your message for Merrill Lynch's audience. The 300+ employees who attended the
sessions received a superior return on their one-hour investment. Thank you again for sharing
your insights on motivation with us." -- Beth Brockelman & Gwen Owens, Merrill Lynch
"What a dynamo! Pegine definitely surprised us. She had 150 engineers, scientists and
support staff interact, laugh and learn. None of us could believe that she had us do the
Mexican hat dance. The interactive activities had us meet people who we never knew before
AND we all work together! I highly recommend Pegine. She was different, interesting, smart
and fun." -- Henry Dulaney, US Army Corps of Engineers
In Her Own Words
"Leaders sometimes are so focused on negative behavior and results, getting stressed in the
process, that they do not see the positive attributes of their teams, even though they're right
in front of their eyes. Think of lost car keys, how many times were the keys right in front of
you? You just didn't see them. Think of the relief you felt when you found them. Leaders can
find relief in their teams if they only look."
