subject titled "Same Words, Different Language" has become required reading for both

Her new book Leadership and the Sexes, which she co-wrote with Michael Gurian,
focuses more directly on the corporate side the gender issue, digging into gender differences
in leadership.
Barbara is launching The Global Gender Intelligence Foundation – a new non-profit
organization dedicated to creating a sustainable mind shift, from viewing gender barriers as a
problem to be solved, to seeing gender as a powerful opportunity to access our different and
complementary strengths.
