General Cancellation Policy: In the event the Speaker must cancel due to transportation problems beyond the control of the Speaker, illness, unforeseen emergency, or overriding professional responsibility, Outstanding Women Speakers Incorporated, will not have any liability for the expenses or losses incurred by the Client, but will attempt to provide a comparable Speaker who is acceptable to the Client. We agree to refund the Client, within 30 days, any deposit received from the Client in the event the Speaker cancels the contract and we cannot provide a comparable Speaker who is acceptable to the Client.

In the event of Speaker cancellation by the Client, because the confirmed Speaker was from the marketplace, the following cancellation charges will apply: Notice of 31 to 60 days prior to engagement date - 50% of agreed upon fee plus any pre-booked expenses, 30 days or less notice prior to engagement date - full fee plus any pre-booked expenses is due and payable by the presentation date.
